SIREX® Specials
Specially constructed products that are suitable for a wide range of application areas thanks to our innovative processing techniques such as thermoforming, laminating, punching, cutting, splitting and providing self-adhesive properties. These products are developed in collaboration with the customer from design to end product. Plastic foam is combined with other high-quality materials such as textiles, (synthetic) leather, foil or other plastics, as a result of which all kinds of products can be manufactured for the markets listed below.
Thermoforming
Thermoformed semi-manufactured articles and end products. A combination of physically cross-linked PE/PP-foams with textile tissues or high quality foils. The market segments are: Automotive industry, sport & leisure (e.g. backpack parts, therapy- and fitness mats, body protection, saddle bags), packaging industry (e.g. packing of computer parts, medical equipment).
Swimming pool coverage
In order to manage swimming pools effectively and efficiently, a good swimming pool cover is essential, both outdoors and indoors. Due to excellent vapour impermeability, SIREX® covers not only ensure energy savings but also reduce the use of chlorine. The covers also provide protection against outside influences, such as litter and chlorinated lime.
Basic rolls and sheets
Imbema Kunststofchemie B.V. delivers a complete range of foams in rolls and sheets.
Processing techniques
Splitting, cutting, laminating, printing, butt welding, punching, thermoforming, embossing, providing self-adhesive properties, sawing and milling.
